A stylish and comfortable home with a setting to rival many. Views stretching across a patchwork of vines, olive groves and fields towards the Sibillini mountains, whilst to the other side the beautiful village of Patrignone can be seen peaking above the trees. The lovely location of the house offers the best of both worlds, essentially rural but only 10 mins walk into the village itself. There is a modern downstairs bathroom with bath and shower and also a utility room complete with table football. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, 2 with king size beds, (2nd bedroom can be twin beds) the third bedroom has twin beds and a further larger bathroom with shower cubicle. Outside door leads to loggia with table and chairs to sit and watch the world go by. The outside has a shaded dining terrace and the pool area is surrounded by travertine marble. There is a relaxing shade area with outdoor sofa and a hammock that sways in the breeze. We also provide an outdoor table tennis table and BBQ. The kitchen and utility room include a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine A long private driveway with ample parking and 3/4 acre garden with olive grove and table tennis table. We won't be there but we have a German and English speaking house manager who lives nearby. The local village of Patrignone has a very good supermarket and local bar and is only a ten minute walk from the house. There is a further choice of shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Montalto delle Marche only 10 minutes drive away. An excellent agriturismo is just a two minute walk from the house. A hire car will be required. Only 30 minutes drive to the beach and 40 minutes drive to the mountains. The nearest airport is Ancona, which is one and a half hours drive, or Pescara which is a similar distance. The pool is open from May to September. Check in day is Saturday. Change over day is Saturday.
