Spacious room, beautiful outlook, close to town.

It is a light bright family home, warm and welcoming, with gorgeous homemade curtains, and comfortable furnishings. It is a 1920's house, completely redeveloped in 2014. There is a very large breakfast kitchen overlooking the garden with huge patio bi-folding doors. The bedrooms remain the original size, large with gorgeous views. You would share: the modern bathroom with our 22 year old son who goes to work, a front room with an open fire and a movie room with black out curtains and garden. This is our beautiful 5 bedroom family home that we love as do all our many visitors. However, two of our children now go to university, so rather than have their rooms empty, we are letting them out. They are fairly empty, clean, bright and gorgeous, but they do have their pictures still on the walls. Each room still has a large desk and their computer. Both rooms overlook the front, one has windows to the rear too. Both rooms are in the original part of the house, so a long way away from our bedrooms. The walk to town is flat, short and pretty, ideal if you wish to go out in Knutsford or go on the train somewhere. We live on a quiet road and we have a drive for your car if need be. We do have a very friendly old dog, she lives downstairs and never barks. We have table football, outdoor table tennis and a dart board! It is a no smoking house. We do all work, but we come and go, so if you need any help or questions answered then we would be only to happy to help. Obviously historic Knutsford is a real gem. It was voted the desirable place to live in the NW of England. There are many restaurants, a fabulous Curzon cinema, cycle or walk into Tatton Park - with its gorgeous historic Mansion and wild Red Stags, Roe deer and lake. Knutsford hosts many events too. Plus, it's easy to get to Manchester and Chester. Fabulous location, near the train station, airport. You can hire bikes at the station or walk for miles and miles in gorgeous parkland, plus a short trip takes you to the Peak District, Snowdonia in Wales and the Lake district. Even the beech is't too far for a day out. There is of course all the quaint boutiques in our historic town too. Many historical destinations in the town - Mrs Gaskell, Alan Turing, Tudor buildings. Music, poetry, literary festivals. A makers market on the first Sunday of every month. The Royal May Day and fair during the first weekend in May.
