Old house in Tuscany

The house it is close to restaurants , the beach on the lake , activities for the family , public transportation , museums , excursions , wine and food tourism , sailing, tennis , art and culture . You will like my accommodation for these reasons : the food , the views , privacy and location. This is not a vacation home , furnished specifically for guests with standard equipment , is the house where I usually live when returning from a mission abroad , it is my home that I put at the disposal of the guests with real life experiences and memories . Therefore those who stay will also be part of this the top fully accessible , is excluding the part on the ground floor where I storage of equipment for gardening and maintenance . On some dates I will be present in Tuscany ( annual vacation ) so guests are welcome to contact me at any time but on occasions it was necessary located in a rural area , there are still traditions of the past , guests, whether staying in the summer , will participate in various gastronomic events such as fairs and festivals . A breakfast, dinner or drink in local bars will create a good atmosphere where you feel at home and part of the local community Hiking , visiting the places of the famous Battle of Trasimeno ( Romans and Carthaginians ) Etruscan tombs , forest walks and opportunity to try and seasonal products such as mushrooms , asparagus , wild strawberries , grapes and what else can offer the surrounding nature . The evening will not be uncommon to see wild animals usually wander around the property as well as the surrounding areas If you bring pets ( dogs , cats, etc. ) you are free to do so , provided that your pets are well behaved at home :) nothing gnawing furniture please. As far as the garden and all the green areas of the property they are free to use them as they please .
