In a distance of 1,5km from the house is the famous sandy beach of Karfas and 1 km from the fantastic beach with sand and pebble of Mega Limnionas. There you 'll find playground, taverns, super market and bars. The place is renovated with all the comforts of home with new appliances. It consist of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a kitchen with the living room that has sofa-bed that can sleep 2 more persons or kids. It's a bright and quiet apartment with 2 entrances and verandas on three sides. There is parking on the premises. The bus stop is on front of the house. Outside of the house there is a bus stop ! If needed, there is free parking available on the premises for motorcycles & cars .
