L’appartamento si trova presso il Residence La Cigolera e affaccia di fronte al laghetto Plank, immerso nel bosco, con sopra le splendide pale di S. Martino. Si trova a 150 mt dal centro (3 minuti a piedi), di fronte alla fermata dello skibus The apartment is located in the Residence La Cigolera just in front of the Plank small lake, nestled in the woods, with above the stunningly blades of St. Martin. It is located 150 meters from the center (3 min walk), opposite the ski bus stop L'alloggio è situato al secondo piano ed è immerso nel silenzio delle montagne e della natura. E’ composto da circa 40 mq, così suddivisi: un ampio soggiorno con terrazzo (affaccio sul laghetto) con divano letto matrimoniale di semplice apertura che richiede lo spostamento di un tavolo (2 piazze abbondanti), una camera da letto con terrazzo (affaccio sul laghetto) con un letto a castello e un terzo letto estraibile, 1 cucinotto con cappa aspirante, 1 corridoio e un bagno con box doccia + posto auto riservato e cantina con porta sci e porta scarponi. Lo stato dell’appartamento è ottimo con mobili in legno su misura che lo rendono molto funzionale e accogliente. E’ provvisto di lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro da stiro e asse da stiro, TV e phon. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato e avviene tramite termosifone. E' possibile però aggiungere, per chi lo desidera, la termoventilazione (come supplemento di riscaldamento nei periodi molto freddi) tramite manopola che si trova all'interno dell'appartamento (non centralizzato). Il costo è di 1 euro ogni scatto del contatore che corrisponde ad un'ora di riscaldamento aggiuntivo.Il calcolo, in caso di utilizzo, si fa misurando il contatore all'ingresso degli ospiti e all'uscita alla fine del soggiorno. Il residence inoltre dispone di una sala comune ricreativa. The accommodation is situated on the second floor and is surrounded by the silence of the mountains and nature. It is composed of about 40 square meters , divided as follows : a large living room with balcony (overlooking the lake) with a sofa (king bed) easy to open which needs to shift a table, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a third pull-out bed , 1 kitchen with extractor hood , 1 corridor and a bathroom with shower + reserved parking space and basement with ski racks and ski boots . The state of the apartment is great with wooden furniture . It is equipped with washing machine and dryer , iron and ironing board, hairdryer and TV. Heating is centralized and is done through a thermosphere. However, it is possible to add, for those who want it, the thermal ventilation (as a heating supplement in very cold periods) via a knob inside the apartment (non centralized). The cost is 1 euro each count of the counter that corresponds to an extra heating hour. The calculation, when used, is done by measuring the counter at the entrance of the guests and at the end of the stay. Il prezzo va concordato direttamente con la custode e dipende dallo stato in cui lo trova prima della partenza degli ospiti. L'alloggio si trova di di fronte al laghetto, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti. La fermata dello skibus per raggiungere le piste è davanti al residence. Al lato del residence c'è il palazzetto del ghiaccio e la pista di go-kart. La pista di sci da fondo è raggiungibile a piedi. In estate l'area adiacente al laghetto è fruibile come parco giochi per i bambini. The accommodation is located in front of a small lake, the center is within walking distance in 3 minutes. The ski bus to the slopes is right outside the house. Near the residence there is the ice palace and go- karts . The cross-country skiing trails can be reached on foot . In summer, the area adjacent to the pond is usable as a playground for children. La biancheria della casa (lenzuola, asciugamani) non è compresa e va portata dagli inquilini. E' possibile avere collegamento internet gratuito tramite l'ufficio di soggiorno. The house linen (sheets, towels) is not included and must be brought by the tenants. It is possible to have free Internet access through the office of stay .
