Christa's Holiday Terrace

This small terrace is located in Karlovasi in Samos the main port of the island. The neighbourhood is very quiet with quick access to anything you might need. Situated very close to the mountain and the sea it can be perfect in case you like to spend the day on the beach or the mountain or a combination of the two. The private house is surrounded by 2 gardens with all sorts of flora. The one small garden is private and allocated to the house. The larger garden is part of the wider property within which the owners stay on another building which is not accessible to visit but can be partly seen. "Christa's Holiday Terrace" can be considered as a private separated and autonomous guesthouse. Guests can have access from the main entrance which is right next to the parking lot in the north side of the property. I give my guests their space but they are always more than welcome to ask for any help or advice. Quiet neighborhood close to all the amenities. There is a very well equipped gym right opposite the house. Guests can park their vehicle right opposite the entrance of the property where there is a big parking lot. As noted above, the owners stay on a house opposite to the Christa's Holiday Terrace and sometimes use the common areas of the broader property like the entrance from the parking lot. There could be visual contact with the owner when they come out from their house.
