At a walking distance you will find Kallithea hillside and the Rock of Lord Byron. The villa has undergone a total renovation during Spring 2020 and now is ready to host the guests. Access to the villa is via remote controlled sliding gate leading to a paved yard with enough parking space for at least 2 vehicles. Entry on the ground floor is via the double entrance door from the covered veranda overlooking the pool area and into the fully fitted kitchen/diner. Off this kitchen area there is a large lounge, with an additional wc and shower room completing the ground floor.
