Small kitchen area with Belfast Sink, tiled splashbacks and exposed stonework. Set outside the main property, but completely disconnected and self contained. Surrounded by well maintained gardens and access to adjoining patio area. I am in the main house if needed, but hope to have provided all you need to enjoy your stay. You will need to drive as the property is surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside and the nearest transport links would be from the village of Samford Peverell or Tiverton.
