Big, comfy room with garden close to Augsburg.

We have a large, private bedroom available in the lower level of our home. With heating and large windows facing out to the garden. Guests will have access to a shared bathroom, full kitchen, large garden and terrace with BBQ and relax areas. Our house is located on the edge of the wonderful Westliche wälder Naturpark. This is a great area for outdoor activities as there are many hiking and biking routes through the forest. We are a 15 minute drive from Augsburg and about 1 hour from Munich. You'll have a large, private bedroom in our home and access to the shared bathroom that we only use once a day to shower. We have our own separate bathroom upstairs for everything else. Guests are free to use the kitchen and terrace, as well as the BBQ facilities. Ample parking is available at the house. Guests have access to a private bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen with all cooking facilities and coffee machine, large terrace and garden as well as BBQ and relax areas. Washing and drying facilities are available by request. We would love to get to know our guests personally but if you want your privacy then that is totally fine too. Interaction is totally up to you and how you feel. We live on the cusp of the Westliche Wälder Naturpark. Surrounded by forest, hiking and biking trails and only a 15 minute drive to Augsburg and the world famous Romantic Road. Its a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket, Bakery etc is a 5 minute drive away. We also have a small local store with all the necessities a few minutes walk from the house. We look forward to welcoming you to our home! There's a bus stop a few minutes away from the house that takes you to Gablingen train station and into Augsburg. With the car it's a 15 minute drive into Augsburg. Ample parking is available at the house. -We have an elderly cat, she's mostly friendly :-) The Cat is not allowed to go into the Bedroom, even if there are no guests staying over. -Smoking is allowed only in the outside areas. -Food and drink is not permitted in the room but guests are free to use the dining space and all outside areas to eat and drink.
