The room opens on the porch and the garden with a beautiful view of the valley, the city of Rome and St. Peter's Dome on the background. Wifi perfectly working. Botanea Guest House is a villa with garden in the countryside of Rome, recently renovated. It offers 3 bedrooms and a studio apartment, all with independent entrance and private bahroom. All areas are sanitized according to guidelines against Covid-19. Direct access from the garden with no indoor common areas. There is plenty of space and seating areas to enjoy time outdoor. Outdoor furniture, thoroughly distanciated, for you to enjoy some relaxing time outside. The whole property lies on a wide garden with oak trees, olive trees and a lot of other beautiful plants in a florid Mediterranean greenery. The area is quite peaceful and there is plenty of space outside for you to sit and enjoy staying outdoor. A secure parking is available on the property free of charges. Outdoor pool with salt water system. There are no common changing rooms. Everybody will use its private bathroom to change and shower. At the moment the common kitchen is accessible only to the staff memebers untill further Covid-19 regulations. A small dining service with a daily menù is available for guests. Rome is only 15 km way from the property and can be reached both by car and with public transports. 100 metres away there is a restaurant with typical roman dishes and next door a small cafè. Very close and reachable by car, cafès, restaurants and shops of nearby towns Fonte Nuova, Monterotondo and Mentana. Public transports: 100 m from our property there is a public bus (Cotral) that reaches Roma Tiburtina/Metro B. Walking routes: 5 minutes away from our property you can explore a Natural Reserve Park called Riserva Naturale Nomentum. Many other beautiful historical cities can be reached easely with day trips by car. For those in need of a quiet place to work or study, an area dedicated to such activities is located just a few steps away from the pool and surrounded by the garden. This calm and spacious room has glass doors offering a view on the gardens, and providing you convenient access for a coffee break under our big trees, or a soak in the pool. Available in the room: wifi, air conditioning, a big table, and comfortable chairs. The office room is available upon reservation, with a maximum capacity of 3 people.
