Horsewood 1

To book both rooms visit Horsewood 2 to book the second room. Merinchal is a small village and is an hour away from large cities such as Gueret, Montlucon and Clermont Ferrand. The property is a typical old granite built house and sits in 11 hectares of land on which we keep horses, chickens and ducks. We have two friendly dogs and cats, but do not accept any pets. Both bedrooms have private en suites with shower and toilet along with coffee and tea making facilities. Within an hour from the property there are attractions such as Wolves in Gueret, Vulcania in the Volcanic national park and a Buffalo park near the town of Bourganeuf. The three nearby cities have large modern shopping areas and restaurants. We will be available everyday to answer any questions and also to help with any queries or issues that may arise. Merinchal is set in a rural farming area which boasts a lovely bar/restaurant which is open lunchtimes except Sundays. Getting around is very easy with a main road which links most areas and cities. There are also plenty of lovely lanes for walking or cycling.
