With lots of natural light it has a king size bedroom, a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. But the best are the two fabulous gardens, where you can have your meals, relax and read! The house is in the Herdade da Aroeira golf condominium, and upon payment on site you can have access to the swimming pool (summer only), golf courses and tennis courts (all prices are set by the companies that manage these facilities). This is the largest residential and golf complex in Greater Lisbon, with 350 hectares, thousands of pine trees, several lakes, 2 championship golf courses of 18 holes. It is fully fenced, with concierge and has security 24 hours a day. In Lisbon Aroeira Beach Villa you will always wake up with nature! You can have your meals in the two private gardens that the house has, one of them with a privileged view to the golf course, where you can also rest, read and sunbathe. If you have children, the gardens are ideal for them to play in. The condominium has everything you need for your vacations: restaurant, cafes, supermarket, fishmonger and pharmacy.
