Bumblebee cottage is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, set in a quiet residential street in the village of Oulton, Leeds. Just a short walk to local amenities including a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, pub & supermarkets. The cottage is perfectly positioned for access to major motorway links & public transport into the city centre. An ideal location for guests attending events & weddings at the local DeVere Oulton Hall Hotel & golf course. The cottage is a delightful home from home, offering a warm & comfortable space to relax during your stay. A cosy living/dining area with seating for dining & relaxing with feature fireplace. TV, radio & high speed Wi-Fi. A well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need during your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine ( we will provide some coffee pods for you to enjoy!!) The master bedroom has a king-size bed & ample storage facilities. The second bedroom is small but perfectly formed with a full size single bed & hanging ladder. We provide towels, bedding, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. A travel cot is also available on request. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet & sink vanity unit. Small private garden with outdoor seating area. Free parking space. Situated between Leeds & Wakefield, the cottage is the perfect base for exploring local museums, galleries & woodland estates. Ideal for families, friends & those travelling for business. Guests will have sole use of the ground floor apartment including the garden & an allocated parking space. I like to give my guests the freedom to enjoy the cottage, however I do live close by in the next village so am always available if needed and will always reply to calls & messages. The cottage is situated on a quiet cul de sac with plenty of local amenities to hand. There is also a children's play park close by. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which goes into Leeds city centre. The local train station, Woodelsford is about a 5 minute walk from the cottage & then a 10 minute train ride into the city.
