It consists of a wide double bedroom, a kitchen/dining room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and services and 2 balconies. Moreover there is a internal parking place available for guests. The kitchen in equipped with 4 fires hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and all dishes needed to cook and have a good coffee. The sofa bed is double (160X200) and comfortable, you can open and close it in a few seconds. In the bedroom, in addition to the comfortable double bed, there is a wide wardrobe and a desk. In the bathroom there is a wide shower equipped with all that is needed for a reinvigorating shower (soaps and hair dryer). The windows are all equipped with insulating glasses and isolate perfectly from the noise and different temperatures. The linen for beds and bathroom is provided. It is also provided a TV and Wi-Fi ADSL connection. The apartment is located close to S. Donato Park, the new Justice Palace and the University Campus in Novoli. Within 15 minutes walk you can reach Cascine Park, the beautiful green space in Florence. In the surrounding area you can find any kind of service: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, multiplex cinema, laundries, pastry and other shops. The apartment is a few meters away from the new Tram, which takes to the center of Florence within 15 minutes. The house is perfectly equipped to host up to 4 persons and have a pleasent stay. The apartment is a few meters away from the new Tram, which takes to the center of Florence within 15 minutes (there is a tram every 5 minutes)
