Village house with terrace

In the heart of the hinterland of Nice, this village house was entirely renovated in 2015. 4 bedrooms + roof terrace with summer kitchen to enjoy the view on the village and its valley all day long. South-facing, enjoy the roof terrace of the house with its kitchen and summer living-room which offer you a stunning view on the whole valley! The light from there is magnificent from morning to night. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall with a bathroom and separate toilets for the 2 bedrooms of the 1st floor (+ laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer). On the 1st floor, you will find 2 bedrooms (one room with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and another room with a double bed). On the 2nd floor, you will find the living-room with open kitchen. On the 3rd floor, you will find another bathroom with toilets, as well as 2 bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds and the other with a double bed). The terrace is on the 4th floor, which includes a summer kitchen, a griddle, a sofa, tables, chairs… : everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself all day long! Access to the whole house. As lovers of the village and its valley, we perfectly know the place and will be able to give you any information and advice on the surroundings to discover (picturesque villages), on the activities to do (best river areas for swimming, canoeing, fishing, hiking, biking, “pétanque”…), on the local products to taste (pissaladière, chard pie, local producers and restaurants…) The house is located in the heart of the village of Roquesteron, a typical village of the hinterland of Nice, whose motto is “a place where it is pleasant to live”. Situated only 1 hour from Nice, the village offers everything you could ever dream of to enjoy the French Riviera and its surrounding areas peacefully. From the house, you have immediate access to shops (butcher, baker, minimarket, bar-tabac), to the river and all sorts of activities. The house is located around 50 meters’ walk from the village square in a pedestrian street. There is a car park nearby.
