Villa Silvia is located in Ponte San Marco (BS), just 15 minutes by car from Desenzano del Garda and the city of Brescia. The house has an independent entrance with a small garden and a beautiful porch with comfortable seating and table. On the ground floor, there is a huge living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a bathroom and a large terrace with barbecue. On the First Floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has been recently furnished with care. The bedrooms are so composed: - Bedroom 1: double bed, large wardrobe, 42 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning - Bedroom 2: double bed, large wardrobe, 40 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning - Bedroom 3: 1 motorized king size bed, wardrobe, 14 "LCD TV. Under request, there is the possibility to rent the very nice underground floor where there is another double bed and another private bathroom. The parking is located outside the property just 20 meters by walking. The house is located inside a very nice a quite residential area. The road is closed so there is no traffic at all. I truly suggest to reach the house by car. The house is part of a complex of 4 independent houses in which all my family live. It is important, therefore, to respect the neighborhood in particular in night time and the use of the home appropriately.
