CASA GRANELLO ancient renovated house in Mezzana

The house was created from the renovation of the old farmhouse of Casa Maturi, one of the historic houses in Mezzana. Immersed in the quiet of the upper part of the town, Casa Granello is ideal for families and groups who want a quiet and authentic accommodation, but still close to all basic services. The accommodation, furnished in a simple and familiar way, consists of two independent apartments (NORTH/SOUTH) communicating with each other, both equipped with kitchen and bathroom. The South Apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a large living room, a kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The North Apartment, also equipped with a recently renovated bathroom, is instead an open space consisting of an entrance with a bunk bed, a sleeping area with a double bed and a kitchen/living area with a sofa bed. Being an open space, the three parts of the apartment are distinct, but they are not separated by walls and doors. The two apartments are spread over 145 square meters and are equipped with all essential services: sheets, towels, everything needed for cooking, 2 induction hobs, a washing machine, an extra children's bed, 2 FULL HD TVs, internet wifi . The house is also equipped with space to store skis, boots and other equipment. On request, it is also possible to find accommodation for bicycles. In summer, compatibly with the owners' needs, it is possible to take advantage of the garden in front of the house, a welcoming space very suitable for children where a table, deck chairs and hammock are available. All guests will be welcomed by Fabio and Viola, the caretakers of the entire property: one of them will take care of arrivals and departures and will provide all the necessary assistance. The house is located in the historic heart of the town and overlooks a square with parking. Other free parking spaces are available nearby. The main services of the town (bar, restaurant, supermarket, bank and ski bus stop) are only 300 meters from the house: it is in fact sufficient to go down one of the roads that lead to the state road to find the tourist area of the town. Mezzana is located in the center of Val di Sole and is an excellent starting point for visiting the whole area, both in winter and in summer. Casa Granello is in fact located just 2 km from the ski resorts of Marilleva, an area included in the suggestive SKIAREA CAMPIGLIO DOLOMITI di BRENTA (150 km of connected slopes). The departure of the cable car can be reached by car or by using one of the ski bus stops on the main road. In summer Mezzana is the perfect starting point for visiting Val Di Sole and the neighboring valleys of Rendena, Rabbi and Pejo. Furthermore, the house is only 1 kilometer from the entrance to the cycle path that crosses the entire valley and from which many other mountain bike trails branch off. Parallel to the Noce river, the track is perfect for easy cycling, walking and jogging. Casa Granello is perfect for families of friends who want to have a shared experience without giving up some independent spaces.
