The delightful rural village, sat at the foot of Pendle Hill, provides a charming look at country life whilst being a stones throw from fantastic walking routes, exciting visitor attractions and traditional country pubs. Surrounded by a designated area of outstanding natural beauty (Forest of Bowland), we have stunning views round every corner. A traditional countryside cottage with a modern twist. I live quite close to the cottage and will be available at all times via phone call. The village itself boasts a number of facilities and amenities including a village hall, two churches, two pubs and recreational areas. Local shops include; The Post Office and General Store, the fantastic Roy Porters Butchers, Hudsons famous Ice Cream Shop, two hairdressers, Jade fountain Chinese takeaway and The Flower House florists, etc. There is a good local bus service to adjoining towns and villages and the market town of Clitheroe is only two miles away where trains run regularly to Manchester.
