'The Smokehouse' Lake Valley View Apartment - ONE
Nestled into Dundry Hill this modern, newly renovated apartment overlooks the beautiful panoramic view of chew valley & surrounding villages. The apartment includes everything you need to relax indoors or enjoy the sunshine in the large south facing garden. Just 5 mins from Chew Valley lakes, 10 mins from Bristol City centre and 30 mins from Bath City Centre it caters as the perfect hub to explore the local areas! Cosy open plan kitchen, diner & living area with bifold doors opening up onto the large garden with the most breath-taking views! The kitchen is equipped with essential dining & cooking equipment. The dining table seats 4 people. The bedrooms both have double/bifold doors which also open up onto the beautiful garden. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, a wall mounted hanging rail to hang your clothes & a chest of drawers for folded clothes & other items. The apartment also features 2 bathrooms, hallway & utility room. Free private parking outside the apartments garden. Towels & bed linen are provided. Iron available The garden is enclosed, it’s flat with a short fence all the way around. You enter through the garden gate to get to the apartments. Patio & grass area. There is a log burner in the living area, you can bring your own logs or you can contact me to purchase a net bag (subject to availability) or I can recommend local places to purchase them. High chair & cot available please advise if you require them before your stay as they aren’t kept in the property. (This will incur a £10 hire charge) We live above the property, so you should expect to hear some noise from us & our children. The second apartment is located next door, separated by a short fence. Please be respectful of your neighbours and try not to make noise late at night. If noise ever becomes a concern please contact me immediately and I will resolve any issues swiftly for you. I would much rather you let me address any concerns before leaving negative reviews on your departure, so I’m happy to help you at any time😊 Private parking area directly outside the apartment. I like to give my guests space but am available on the phone at any time. The apartment is part of a private complex which was a former farm & smoke house. It's located in a lovely quiet rural area. There is ample parking for the flat which is shared with the neighbouring apartment.
