A three bedroom detached family bungalow in the quiet village of Cubert less than 2 miles from Holywell beach & less than 3 miles from Crantock beach. A modern detached family bungalow with garden suitable for 2 adults and up to three children. There is also a travel cot which can be used in any of the bedrooms. Bedroom one has a superking bed, bedroom two has a bunk bed and bedroom three has a single cabin bed with den space underneath. All rooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage. We also supply blackout screens which can be attached to windows. The main area is open plan. The living room leads into the dining area which leads into the kitchen. The dining area has patio doors onto a small decking area. There is a good sized garden with a shrubbery and mature trees, with a larger decking area in the back corner to catch the afternoon and evening sun. Here there is a garden table and chairs to seat 8. The bunglalow has a front garden and a driveway to park 2 cars. It is situated on a quiet residential road with a childrens playpark within a minute's walk. The village centre is 2 minutes walk, where you will find a pub, local Londis shop, post office, fish and chip shop and bakery serving delicous cakes and coffee. There is also a bus stop where you can catch buses to Newquay, Crantock or Holywell. Holywell beach is around 5 minutes drive and Crantock beach is around 9 minutes drive. Newquay is 3 miles away. From the bungalow you can walk (20 mins) or cycle (10 mins) to Cubert Common for fantastic 360 views. From there you can continue on to Holywell, Polyjoke beach or Crantock village. The nearest supermarket is Morrisons which is 3 miles away. You will have the entire bungalow and its gardens to yourself. The garage and loft will not be accessible to guests. We do not allow pets or smoking anywhere on the property
