Terrace on the Lake

Detached house, two storey, fully equipped for guests. Set in the medieval village of "Monte del Lago", it enjoys the favor of unique location, on the shore of Trasimeno lake. From the second floor terrace and from the living room windows you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the lake. Comfortable and perfect home for romantic getaways or base to explore the areas of natural interest or the historic towns of Umbria and Tuscany. The house is at full disposal of guests. Large living room with fireplace and two large lake view windows. Kitchen has everything you could need: kitchenette, coffee maker (moka pot), elettric kettle, refrigerator, freezer, pots and crockery. Equipped with a window that overlooks a private courtyard not fenced . All you need to prepare breakfast (milk, coffee, juice, biscuits, brioches). Through the stairs you access to two double bedrooms, each one with a french window that accesses a terrace with beautiful panoramic view of Trasimeno Lake. Bathroom with lake view window. The house is at full disposal of guests (living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and garage). At disposal of guests also an exterior courtyard with chairs and one table. There are no cradle or beds for children. All pets are welcome. A person will always be available to meet any kind of need. In fact the sunsets that can be admired on Lake Trasimeno are really impressive: the celestial vault flashes in a vivid fire that leaves you breathless. You can enjoy sunsets directly from the terrace and from the windows of the house. The "Trasimeno Lake" is a Reserve of great naturalistic value, whose extensive canes constitute a fundamental staging area for millions of migratory birds . The lake shore is closed to traffic and can only be travelled on foot or bike. Along the lake shores it's possible to make wonderful walks and reach the beach and the jetty. The lake shore is reachable on foot (about 30 yards), along a trail called "scesa degli orti".
