Chill zone

The apartment is on the third floor in a nice and quiet building which means quiet serenity if you would like to have moments of peace. I have a spacious living room, two bedrooms and kitchen with a shared bathroom. You basically have access to the whole place, but you could always take off to the room for some time to yourself. The decor is basic at the moment though its work in progress :-) almost there. I live alone most of the time but my kids, Luna (9) and Charlie (6) stay with me every other week. I work with film/TV production as a photographer . The kids are a mix of cultures, Kenyan, Danish and Swedish. I rent out one of the bedrooms which is basically furnished with a double bed. It is a hard mattress unfortunately but its comfortable nonetheless. On the other hand, I have an extra bed and a sofa bed that could come in handy if needed. The place is in the middle of the city (Mollan) but luckily on the quiet side. It’s about 5 minutes away from Triangeln train station with lots of access from every part of the country and Copenhagen airport in Denmark. There is street parking that one needs to pay for during the day but it’s free at night… and some parts of the weekend. If one needs parking, then I have a spot in the garage within the building. I am, flexible after work hours (17:00hrs) and on weekends and very easy with everyone… so let me know how big or small the gang is and let’s make the necessary arrangements for your stay! The neighborhood can get quite busy, especially during the weekend since it’s kind of the “happening” part of town… lots of varieties to choose from. Most of the amenities one might need are basically a few minutes away… shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and all are within a few minutes walking distance from my location. Accessibility is one of the most amazing features about this place! With only 5 minutes walk from Triangeln train station and 3 minutes from a bus stop to and from Lund, one is spoilt for choice :-) There are electric scooters all around the place plus city bikes that you can rent for a small amount. I have a subscription for the bikes which one can always borrow. Just let me know and you’ll get my code. The only rule with the bikes is that one has to park them in the stations at least once with in an hour and pick one again, after a few minutes.
