Bright apartment on the 3rd floor - no lift

Flat located on the 3rd floor, no lift, bright and quite, only 100mt from the city center. Private small garage for small/medium car. Outside free parking. Central heating. Few possibilities to prepare hot dishes. Conveniently located to services, on the front street there's a coffee shop and a supermarket. Essential but confortable furniture. No smoking inside, yes on the balcony. A set of towels (face/body/bidet) and sheet per person for stay. Check-in/out flexible. Spacious house (70 squared mt) and give all the necessary for a simple and quiet stay. It's a very quiet area but really near the center, just 100 mt walking. There's the possibility to have a baby coat. EXTRA SERVICES - WITH SUPPLEMENT AND ON REQUEST: - private transfer to/from railway station or nearby cities - possibility of order products at your choiche, depending on what you'd like to find in the fridge or in the house (wine/flowers/food/typical products of the area). You can completely personalize your order and we'll do our best to satisfy your requests. Don't exithate to ask for this service. All the apartment except for the closet and some spaces where we'll leav our personal belongings. So please don't open them or use the things inside. I won't be there personally but a dear friend of mine will take care of you. Cherasco is located in the Langhe heart, it's famous for the antique markets during the year. The city is near to many interesting places such as La Morra, Barbaresco, Barolo, Alba ecc. Public free parking along the street. Nearest train station is in Bra, then you can reach Cherasco by taxi or bus or you can ask us for a private transfer (with supplement and upon availability). The apartment is my family's vacation home, originally from the area. For this reason the furniture is simple and "vintage", without frills but comfortable. The kitchen is gas-powered with a cylinder and is therefore suitable for preparing simple hot meals (yes to a pasta dish, no oven use or particularly complicated things). The supply of pots is essential while there are dishes / cutlery / glasses / cups. For each guest is provided 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel and 1 shower towel (1 set per stay regardless of the duration of the same).
