LOG BURNER, FAST Wi-Fi, SMART TV. Fully equipped kitchen & dishwasher. 2nd double bedroom with deep twin beds. Large bathroom and shower. Cot, highchair, games and books galore. Large private garden with teak outdoor seating. Nestled in the heart of Beaumaris in a quiet street with the option of parking in the road on a first come first served basis. ( or parking on the Green) Its a Grade ll listed 1816 cottage restored to retain its character and warm feel ... log burner to boot , yet with space aplenty and a gorgeous sunny enclosed garden set out with patio and varied planting and quality teak garden furniture with a parasol to shade you if so wished. Fully equipped kitchen with equipment to cook delightful meals at the end of a long day ..... even a nespresso machine provided or treat yourself to the many wonderful restaurants and cafes abound in Beaumaris within a few minutes walk from your holiday home. Games and books are many. Smart large tv and fast Wi-fi . Large sofa and comfy chairs with throws for cosy evenings in. The master suite is a dream with "Escape to the Chateau " superking bed with luxury linen and all towels provided. Twin beds in the second bedroom make it suitable for all families too. Large solid dining table and chairs with a sideboard full of games and jigsaws and book shelves laden with reading for all. A Roberts radio for quiet time and comfortable chairs with option of soft lighting or brighter your mood. Blackout blinds and curtains in both bedrooms. Welcoming hallway with a old style hatstand to hang your coats after a fun filled day exploring....hopefully you wont need coats in the summer months however. NO PETS WE HAVE SETTINGS TO ALLOW BOOKINGS TO START ON A FRIDAY at peak times but we offer ALTERNATIVE START DATES OUT OF HIGH SEASON AND WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU The whole cottage with large private enclosed patio style garden We pride ourselves on keeping great contact and communication with our guests and are only a text or call away for any questions. We have built up a great reputation for this and "spotlessly clean" cottage cleaning which we always do ourselves...read our reviews on our other property in Conwy. Ask anything you might wish to know about your upcoming stay ...places to visit and good eateries. We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay a memorable one and we welcome suggestions always. A few steps away is the locally renowned bakery with flavoured breads and croissants, pies and cakes. The sea front is also only minutes from your front door. Quaint gift and craft shops with locally made produce. Ice Cream parlour - so many flavours to choose from all home made locally. A couple of deli shops and butchers and wine shop and a well stocked Spar and many eateries for day time and evening meals. The pier on the front offers rib rides and tours round Puffin island, childrens' play area and many artisan markets take place throughout the year. The historic Castle and the Gaol and the courthouse are great and fascinating places to visit for all the family. Penmon point is well worth a visit ... Wonderful beaches either a stroll or a short car ride to the wonderful Llandonna, Red Wharf Bay and Benllech. A bit further afield Moelfre and Amlwch Port. Lots of places for families to visit...Anglesey Sea Zoo, Newborough Forest an Llanddwyn Beach and Foel Farm Park to name but a few. Local bus service and A55 gives a great access through the Island. rain service from Bangor to Holyhead Key safe for access NO PETs Top of stairs to bathroom from bedrooms quite narrow like a lot of grade 2 listed old cottages Stair gate available for children bedroom if needed . Probably not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues . Possible alternative check in days out of season other than a Friday just ask as an enquiry rather than use instant booking thank you
