Dolce Vita - relaxing in the Tuscany countryside

Dolce Vita is a luminous apartment on two floors in a very beautiful context: La Palaia, a renovated hamlet close to Anghiari, a medieval hillside town in Tuscany. In the communal area there is a BBQ and Pizza Oven as well a swimming pool. The apartment can welcome up to 4 people, it is on two floor; kitchen, living, closet at the ground floor; living room with two single bed. There is also a space for outdoor breakfast. DOLCE VITA An ideal place Ideal to experience Tuscan country life in a welcoming and relaxing environment Dolce Vita is an apartment situated in La Palaia a small hamlet distant around one kilometre from Anghiari one of Italy most beautiful villages. La Palaia was at risk to be abandoned when the farm ceased its activities and was renovated by a group of friends from North of Italy that share the love for Beauty and the desire to preserve its Tuscan spirit. At the same time, they were able to create for themselves and for their guests a place of comfort and simple elegance. La Palaia is about quiet, conviviality and the relaxed pursue of what you like from culinary adventures to cultural exploration in a corner of Tuscany not yet spoiled by mass tourism. THE HAMLET La Palaia is very close to Anghiari but its hidden position allows tranquillity: a dirt road leads to the hamlet on a small valley with vineyard and fields that glows at the Sunset! In the communal part, there is a swimming pool with sunchairs and sunbeds to relax in front of an hillside landscape. In the swimming pool area there is a barbeque and a Pizza oven, Plenty of Lavander bushes offer colours and scents the air in season. THE HOUSE Dolce Vita decor is aligned with Palaia spirit: simple, elegant, functional Kitchen /Living The wide room is illuminated by the wide central window and two door-windows that give plenty of light and a sense of openness The kitchen is provided by gas cookers, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hot water kettle, fridge with a freezer section and main kitchen tools such as various pots, pan, cutlery, dishes etc. An ample table allows dining while admiring the landscape from the central window. Bathroom The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The guests are provided with towels and other goods for the shower. At the Palaia there is a free of charge parking lot. The house is close to the village and it would be possible to reach it walking but it necessary to be careful since the road is quite trafficked and there are not sidewalks-. Anghiari is connected to Arezzo and Sansepolcro by Bus Arezzo is connected by train to major Italian and Internazional cities.
