Located in a modern house, the accommodation comprises a spacious bedroom with the choice of a large double or two single beds, a dressing room with wardrobes, a seated area and table for breakfast and refreshment preparation, and a fully equipped bathroom. A TV and high speed internet access also provided. Guests have the use of the entire top floor of this modern family home. There are two new 3 ft single divan beds with the option of making them up into a 6 ft double (please specify which you require). Other bedroom furniture includes two bedside tables, a dressing table and armchair. A flatscreen TV with Freeview is provided. High speed wireless internet (35Mbps) is available free of charge. In the dressing area there is plenty of wardrobe space, a table and two chairs. The recently equipped bathroom comprises a full size bath, separate shower unit, hand basin and W.C. For breakfast or snack preparation, there is a cool bag, kettle, Dolce Gusto pod and French press coffee makers, crockery and cutlery. A selection of light refreshments is provided for breakfast for each day of your stay. We do not add cleaning fees. The accommodation is private and self contained. Access is via the main front door of the house and up two flights of stairs to the second floor. Guest car parking is available on our private front drive. The owner will be available during your stay to ensure your comfort and provide advice regarding visiting the area. Local shops including Tescos and Lidl, takeaways and two pubs are just a few minutes walk away. The Cotswold hills are a short drive away. Parking is available to guests on our private front drive. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away which provides services to the race course, Cheltenham town centre and the railway station. Buses run every 15 minutes. Breakfast is provided for every day of your stay. It typically comprises rolls or croissants, bread, butter, jam, fruit, cereals, yoghurts, coffee makers and a selection of teas.
