Pet friendly Shepherds Hut for hire situated on a small holding. A huge ‘Thank You’ to all those that have given their support during Covid times by booking the Shepherds Hut ☺️, very much appreciated! Pet friendly 1 bedroom Shepherds Hut (newly built 2019) for hire with lovely views, located on a small holding near the castle town of Caernarfon, North Wales. Double glazed, shower, toilet, well equipped kitchen - small fridge/freezer , microwave, elec cooker & hob, toaster, sink and log/coal burning stove. Sofa, T.V., double bed, storage area for clothes. Small dining table & chairs. Sleeps 2 guests & 1 small sized, well behaved dog ( £15 charge for dog to be paid on arrival). No smoking on the premises. No smoking of E-cigarettes on the premises. All electric & bedding inc. Towels & T-towels not provided. Logs £2 per basket and/or coal £2 per bucket for use in the multi fuel stove . Logs £2 per basket for use on fire pit. Outside there is seating area, BBQ and a fire pit. The shepherds hut is situated in its own fenced off area ( so suitable for dogs ) with room for car parking , BBQ, fire pit and seating area. Guests are very welcome to contact us during their stay if they wish to come and meet/feed the animals ( regrettably not during Covid 19). Guests can contact us at anytime during their stay if they have any problems/questions ref the hut or the surrounding area or for booking outdoor activities as mentioned previously e.g rock climbing. Arrival time is usually 4pm - 8pm and departure time is by 10 am, unless otherwise agreed with us prior to your visit. We like to meet all our guests on arrival and answer any questions about the shepherds hut or the surrounding area. On occasions we may need to leave a set of keys for self check in. Ideally located for beaches & scenic walks. 15 mins drive from the beach and 20 mins drive from the heart of Snowdonia mountains. The Welsh Highland Railway, Tryfan junction ( request stop ) 5 min walk away. Fantastic area for walks & bike riding direct from the property or in the surrounding area, also many castles, beaches, lakes, horse riding, sailing, golf courses, National Trust properties all within easy reach of the property. Lovely area for wildlife & bird watching, both at the property & locally. The owner is a qualified instructor in kayak, canoe, mountaineering , rock climbing and mountain biking activities and offers packages to suit all ages and experience. Activities and prices available on request . Nearest pub, shop and bus stop 1.7 miles away Lovely walks direct from property Welsh Highland Railway request stop is 5 mins walk away. Please remove shoes when entering the Hut and place in the wicker basket provided. Guests are required to pay the £15 for dogs on their arrival or place in the honesty box provided. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must not be left unaccompanied on the premises. Dogs have a large fenced off area in which to run free , but need to be placed on a lead once outside of the fenced area surrounding the Hut due to livestock/poultry. There are great dog walks directly from the property and a 'slate trial' footpath they can run loose on ! Many thanks
