Especially families, travel groups or friends who travel will appreciate the tranquility, feel free to enjoy the pure nature, the quiet traffic and top location in the countryside. Perhaps what is most amazing about the location of this house is that you can enjoy the benefits of rural life and nature on the one hand, but on the other hand, you do not really have to give up the benefits of the city, because the village of Mauerbach is right on the city border of Vienna, which is why you are located very closely to the federal capital of Austria and you can arrive in the city center of Vienna in less than an hour by public transport! You will live in a newly furnished 130 m² house with its own kitchen space, a living room with dining table, sofa, flat screen TV, fireplace and 4 bedrooms (with single or double bed), an anteroom, a cellar and a large garden. Furhtermore, you can use one of the bedrooms as an office or work space, because an additional table is provided in one of them. The house can accommodate up to 6 people (if necessary 7 people). Particularly noteworthy is the pleasant high-quality wooden floor on the ground floor, as well as the large windows, through which plenty of natural daylight shines into the house. The new, colorful furniture brings out the warm, relaxed atmosphere in the house. All rooms are equipped with large cabinets, and each room has a window overlooking the garden. Upstairs, the rooms are carpeted. In addition, the cottage has an elegant bathroom with a private bath, a double sink and mirror, a separate shower and a toilet, there are a total of 2 toilets throughout the house. In the spacious basement there is a gym with exercise equipment, a shower + sink and a feel-good sauna. Furthermore, there is a bar, that invites to relax in an pleasant atmosphere next to the sauna. ----------------THE GARDEN-------------------------------- -------------------------- Let go of all the stress and enjoy the more than 500m ²,green garden in this holiday home on the edge of the Vienna Forest. You are welcome to use the mint natural stone grill and celebrate your personal barbecue feast. The newly built wooden terrace accompanied by a dining table and plenty of chairs is ideal to relax with family or friends. Enjoy the view of the romantic brook or biotope. The garden is facing east and is blessed with sunshine from morning to afternoon. Let the birdsong awaken you and experience this wonderful garden with all your senses. ---------------- PUBLIC TRANSPORT, INFRASTRUCTURE AND ARRIVAL ------- If you want to travel by car, you can park your car in the garage on the property or in the parking spaces directly in front of the house. The Mauerbach Bus Station is only a 3-minute walk away, and from here you can take the bus directly to the U-Bahn (metro/subway) station Hütteldorf , where the U4 line departes, from there you can reach the city center of the European cultural capital of Vienna in 17 minutes. (Karlsplatz) Another public transportation connection is the train station, which can be found in Hadersdorf (10 minutes by bus) or also in Hütteldorf, from there take the S50, take the train with direction to Westbahnhof, where you will arrive 12 minutes later. The house is also very easy to reach from the highway A1 or from Vienna.
