Wood Store. Cool Forest Chic at the Dome Garden

One of five super-cool, boutique rooms at the Dome Garden inside a 200 year old forest lodge, tucked away down an old woodland track in the heart of The Forest of Dean, just north of Bristol. The Lodge Rooms booked via airbnb are 'room only', but you can sometimes add meals once you are here or if you go through the Dome Garden in the first place. This listing is for The Wood Store, a small double room with a big ensuite shower room. The Lodge Rooms are part of a wider tourist destination with more accommodation and price options. The "Dome Garden" is a glamping village with 12 geodesic domes and more rooms that operates from Easter to the end of October each year. The Lodge Rooms are busy in the Summer and quieter in the winter but there is always one of us on hand to suggest things to do and places to go. We are right inside the Forest of Dean, England's largest forest. There is so much to do and see around the forest - from hiking, biking, caving and canoeing to painting pottery, exploring castles and visiting vineyards. So it's a great place to come and visit - especially in the Spring and Autumn. It's pretty cool if its snowing too!
