A beautiful newly renovated Gite in a stunning location, near the Les Lacs de Haute Charente with Fishing , Horse riding, Canoe, Kayak, Pedalo,stand up paddle, and Adventure park with tree climbing zip wire bungee jump , Plan D'eau outdoor swimming pool beach with volleyball Cafe boating , Confolens, Angouleme,Cognac and many more just a 30min drive Dordogne is just over a hours drive . plenty to do and see but situated in a peaceful location in the beautiful Charente countryside . This self contained Gite offers a home from home experience. with two good size bedrooms a shower room with sink and a toilet with sink, and a open plan kitchen living space with fridge freezer, dish washer ,microwave. there is a private parking space opposite the gite , the pool can be access 10.00-12.00 and 16.00-18.00 and all gates should be kept closed at all times the times can be changed with prior arrangement ,,, If you would like to arrange a delivery of you food E.leclerc offer a home delivery service for 7.90 euros i could either take delivery of your shopping for you before you arrive or you can arrange the time for after you arrive . here is the the local store (Website hidden by Airbnb) magasin la-rochefoucauld.. Massignac is just 3 km away and has a Boulangerie (bakery) Restaurant bar chemist , post office and a small grocery store and a few other shops.. Phone numbers are provided should you have any problems the Gite is situated in a quite hamlet just a small walk away from the beautiful Lacs de Haute Charente, beach,swimming,boating,wind surfing and lots more is at the lake 10mins drive away Lesignac has a Tabac, shop /bar resturant & dairy farm which sells excellent Yoghurts & Cheese. Massignac (5mins ) has a tourist office, shop, Pharmacy, Doctors etc. beautiful walks and cycle rides so you can explore this beautiful part of France .bike hire is available , (Website hidden by Airbnb) PLEASE NOTE The pool is in our back garden to the rear of the gite and is available for your own private use 10.00 -12.00 and 16.00 -18.00pm Limoges airport just 40 min drive away which offer cheap flights from as little as £12 with Ryan air from lots of UK airports , **Pick up and Drop off to the airport can be arranged at a extra cost ** A fee if 80 euros will be payable if the gite is not left clean and tidy, ALL GATES MUST BE KEPT CLOSED AT ALL TIMES , so please close them behind you ..
