Woodland Barton,Avonwick (Double room)

A traditional working farm set in the beautiful South Hams countryside, on the outskirts of the pretty village of Avonwick, yet only a few minutes from the A38 Expressway. Ideally situated for exploring Dartmoor, the South Devon Coastline, Totnes, and the many National Trust properties in the area. Guests have their own room/front door keys and are able to come and go to their own rooms at all times. We are situated on the edge of the little Village of Avonwick in the centre of the beautiful South Hams Peninsular. Easy access to Plymouth to the West, Torquay to the East, Dartmoor to the North with its majestic granite Tors and the source of our beautiful river Avon, and to the South there is the Dramatic South Devon Coastline with its many glorious beaches and scenic coastal walks. Avonwick is home to one of the oldest Lawn Tennis clubs in the world still playing on its original courts. It also has one of only a few proprietary chapels remaining in the country. There is a pub in the Village within walking distance from our farm, and there are several other pubs all within easy reach and all serving good food and Ales. Totnes Railway Station is about 13mins by car. Buses run regularly from South Brent, about 1 mile away. There is plenty of car parking space in our garden for guests. Minimum 2 night stay
