Holiday home sleeps 5 close to beaches & mountains
This traditional Welsh miner’s terrace cottage is situated in the peaceful village of Talysarn, on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The cottage is surrounded by stunning mountain views and is a short drive from beautiful beaches. The cottage offers real value for money, is super equipped, sleeps 5 and provides a high level of comfort throughout. Guests have full access to the whole house which consists of a kitchen, living - dining area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a small private garden. The complete property. As we, the owners, do not live in the area, our property is managed remotely. However I am always available by phone or the Airbnb messaging service. The coast is a 15 minute drive away as is the foot of Snowdon, the highest mountain in England and Wales. Nine miles away lies the historic town of Caernarfon with its beautiful castle. Also in easy reach are the popular destinations of Beddgelert, Pwllheli, Portmadoc, Abersoch and Anglesey. It is advised to have a car. The £50 cleaning fee also includes bed linen, two hand towels and a bath mat. Please bring your own bath and beach towels, extra hand towels as needed, flannels and tea towels. Gas and electricity are included in the rent. There is a separate DVD player under the TV. We have listed our property as pets allowed, since the area is perfect dog walking country. However, so that we can continue to offer this, we kindly ask that dog owners ensure that canine family members stay downstairs and sleep in their own beds. Also, please vacuum up any hair that is shed. Thanks for your understanding. There is a small back garden with shrubs and a low wall lining the sides. However, it is not 100% secure and dogs could potentially escape into the neighbouring gardens.
