Cosy barn conversion on a small working farm

My small barn is close to Dover and Folkestone for easy access to the continent. It is close to Canterbury and all its associated history. It has in the local area family- friendly activities & Hewlett's zoo. My small barn is situated in our working farm and has stunning rural views. The barn has a comfy bed and is very cosy. It has views from the bed room over the fields as well as the quaint kitchen. Our small barn is good for a couple, sole guest, business travellers. The Barn has a very small garden that is not fenced in. This means we cannot accept children currently due to the fact it is on our working farm. This will be reviewed in future The guest have access to the self contained barn. They are welcome to walk on the surrounding fields using the public footpaths. I will be around to help as I live in the main farm house. We are happy to have as much or as little contact as the guest require. This is a very rural area, with easy access to other areas of Kent. Travel by car is easiest however public transport is possible, but very limited. This is a working farm and as such there will be machinery being used and animals making noise around the farm. It is not a petting zoo.
