1930s luxury house, surrounded by a large garden, with a balcony and a terrace of 70 m2 extremely well located, quiet place at night. NEW: The two living floors were renovated between October 2020 and March 2021. The day part is specially spacious and clear. There are 14 steps to reach the bedrooms. 2 floors are reserved for travellers as well as the laundry room if necessary. there will be no other tenants during your stay, as you and your family. The workshop section, on the ground floor (separate entrance) is rented to two young seamstresses who create baby clothes and accessories. I do not live on the spot, but can come on request. the House is located in front of the college, a Coop is 5 min walk, a Migros across town approx.15 min walk The train station is 8 minutes on foot, ditto for the city center, the beaches are about 10 - 15 min walk. My mother tongue is French, my English is quite understandable a little less in in German and just a little bit in Italien
