Stylish country cottage close to Jurassic Coast

Little Glebe Cottage provides superb high class country accommodation for four people just minutes from the beautiful Jurassic Coast - Lulworth Cove and the iconic Durdle Door beach are two miles down the road. Set back from the road it is private and peaceful. The cottage is light and airy Note: 5 night min stay at Easter, Christmas, October half term and in all of May/June. Full week stays only in July/Aug. Min stay at all other times is 3 nights. Happy to negotiate all this for short notice The living area for Little Glebe is upstairs with beautiful views down the valley. Sheep and ponies graze in the immediate fields and the garden abounds with busy bird life. The cottage is ideal for a walking holiday both along the stunning nearby coastline and also further into the county of Dorset as a whole. There are many great family beaches and also fascinating local towns such as Dorchester, Weymouth, Poole and Bournemouth. Guests have no need to share any element of Little Glebe with the main house. Little Glebe is completely self contained and has its own front and back doors. It also has a small private courtyard and garden. Guests are very welcome to share the outside area in front of the main house, but are asked to respect the owner’s privacy as far as the gardens behind the main house are concerned. Your hosts are next door if you need any help during your stay, but respect your privacy at all times Winfrith Newburgh is a small friendly Dorset village with a local shop, church and nearby pubs. Visitors are made most welcome in the community. We very strongly recommend you have a car for your stay at Little Glebe. There is a limited bus service, but to get the best from the local area, and Dorset as a whole, you are better being an independent traveller. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to only accept a minimum of five night bookings in May and June and October half term and full week's bookings in July and August. For Christmas we also prefer a min of 5 days. We are happy to consider shorter breaks at other times of the year. Min stay is 3 nights. We always try to help!..
