This lovely little stone cottage sleeps up to 2 guests but can accommodate an extra guest with the use of a sofa bed in the lounge It has been converted from a building that was once used to house a previous owner's pony into what is now a welcoming detached holiday cottage, sitting on the border of the owner's garden. phone text or email Chadlington Village itself offers everything you need. The Tite Inn is a lovely 17th Century pub with a warm welcome, well known for its excellent cuisine, draught ales and lovely views from the sunny gardens. For those who want to cook in, the local butchers (Slatters) has an excellent reputation and Cafe de la Post is a village shop selling newspapers, breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas. Stable cottage has a vast selection of maps and guides of the local area and beyond. Lovely walks on public footpaths around the village. A car is the easiest way to explore the Cotswolds but local buses are available too. Charlbury train station is less than three miles away.
