You will have the whole flat to yourselves:bedroom/sitting room with dining table & chairs & easy chairs, kitchen, shower room and hallway with storage and books to borrow. plus you will have your own garden space with seating & fire-pit, flowers, trees and shrubs. The flat has its own gate and steps down from the driveway with automatic lighting, and it’s own front door and garden with seating. Mostly I will be around in the attached house, sometimes I will be away, you can be entirely independent or request advise on walks etc. Llandysul is a thriving small town with lots to offer country-loving guests, canoeists, walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. It nestles in the famous Teifi river valley and boasts fabulous rolling countryside. Llandysul has a variety of shops, pubs and cafes etc. The Teifi meanders around a large park and under a stone bridge, where the canoe centre has its base, beyond the bridge are river walk and tranquil river meadows. up river more are wonderful riverside walks and woodland, all within walking distance. A short drive takes you to brilliant beaches with pubs and cafes. Park in the quiet side street 50 metres up the road after unloading in the drive. There is a regular bus service between Carmarthen and Pencader, a shuttle bus then drops you at the bottom of the hill just 200 metres from the flat. There are some buses to other areas too. See internet for details or enquire via message. Cyclists can enjoy some scenic routes and also try out the Brechfa forest mountain bike trails for the day. Just five minutes walk downhill is the village with various shops, pubs, cafes etc. There is a super market, fantastic butcher (who also sells sourdough bread, organic olive oil & more), barber and petrol station. We have a large park bordering the river Teifi. The international canoe-centre and canoe training lake are just along the road from the park. The beaches on the Heritage coast (25 min scenic drive) are spectacular and offer excellent swimming and cafes etc. Woodland and river valley walks are (Website hidden by Airbnb) need to get in the car! There is a well equipped gym and a full sized pool just 3 minutes walk from the property. Very reasonable Fees apply.
