The house was built in the 60's.. with a typical and unique taste. The entire home is confortable and spacious, with different zone that you can live in different time of the day- The living room and dining room indoor are usefull during the afternoon , to rest - Under the patio , outside door, you can find another living room and a big dining table for breakfast and amazing summer dinner. The upper terrace that you can reach from the main masters bedrooms is spectacular during sunset for an aperitivo.. Garden and swimming pool make the entire property the perfect place to have their summer holidays. To sum up : The house is characterized by 3 master bedrooms two rooms with four single Beds ( perfect for children) The independant cottage has two rooms- one with a double bed the other with two singles beds. Inside the main house- you can find two extra rooms with three beds total for your personal helpers/cleaner La casa è stata costruita negli anni '60 e possiede lo charme e lo stile di quei anni. La casa è confortevole e spaziosa, con diverse zone che si possono vivere in diversi momenti della giornata- Zone: -Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo al coperto - -Sotto il patio all'esterno si trova un altro soggiorno e un grande tavolo da pranzo per la colazione e una fantastica cena estiva. -La terrazza superiore che si può raggiungere dalle camere padronali è spettacolare durante il tramonto per un aperitivo .. Il giardino e la piscina rendono l'intera proprietà il luogo perfetto per le vacanze estive. La casa è caratterizzata da 3 camere matrimoniali con bagni in suite 2 camere con quattro letti singoli (perfetti per i bambini) e bagno in comune. Il cottage indipendente ha 2 camere, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, anche queste camere si dividono il bagno. Ansedonia is a particular place where you can’t find the typical village developed around the square with the promenade and the main street, but it’s a location where the villas are almost hidden by the lush green Mediterranean vegetation. Most of these buildings are quite recent, in fact before 50’s there were only the ancient ruins of the Roman town of Cosa, the towers of S. Pancrazio, S. Biagio and Puccini on Ansedonia promontory. Today, the villas are owned by celebrities, politicians, businessmen, intellectuals who choose to come here confident to have privacy for their summer holidays. Ansedonia is a very quite site, the narrow streets which across the promontory open themselves to the green vegetation and even in summer, when it’s populated, the strongest noises are the songs of the cicadas. At the foot of the promontory on the right and left you can find the equipped beach and restaurants on the shore, which are open off-season and you can taste spaghetti with seafood in front of the sea.
