Sunnyside Lodge is a fully self-contained property with a private entrance and off-road parking located 1.4 miles from Weymouth town center. The property has been recently converted to a holiday let and decorated to a crisp, clean and comfortable finish. The property comes with access to high speed WiFi, Sky Q and is fully fitted with fire alarms and a CO2 alarm. The location provides excellent transport links to surrounding local attractions including The Jurassic Coast - a World Heritage Site. Full kitchen: gas cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, basic crockery, cutlery and utensils. Bathroom (wet room): toilet, sink, shower, towels. Master bedroom; double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, chair. Living room; two fold out sofa beds, 1 double, 1 single, table and chairs, TV with Sky Q. Each sofa bed comes with a luxury memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Patio and back garden; shared with the main house. Guests have full use of the paved drive way for off-road parking. You are also welcome to use the patio and garden area that is shared with the main house, we ask for you to treat the garden and flowers respectfully please. We have chickens in the garden, please ensure children are not permitted to enter the chicken enclosure. The property is ideally located to access public transport links to all of the local attractions. So whether you drive or plan to use the local trains and buses, Weymouth is situated in the heart of The Jurassic Coast and from here you can explore Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge Bay, Portland Bill, Abbotsbury, West Bay and Lyme Regis with ease. There are lots local shops and amenities within 5 minutes walk from the property including a Tesco's and Co-op and take away food available from Subway, Dominoes, Chinese and Fish and Chip outlets.
