The VILLA has a large garden and in the summer guests are entitled to free entry to the municipal outdoor swimming pool in Prabione. The apartment in VILLA MARIAROSA is comfortably furnished and ready for your holiday. It comprises: - a living room with sofa-bed and a kitchenette equipped with a hob (cooktop), fridge, freezer, Sat-TV (with a few international channels), coffee maker - one double room - one twin-bed room - bathroom with shower - balcony Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Bed linen and bath linen included. VILLA MARIAROSA includes a parking space for your car. Motorbikes and bicycles can be parked in the covered garage. Option of hiring a bicycle or e-bike. VILLA MARIAROSA has a lovely garden where you can relax in the sun on comfortable deckchairs or have fun with your friends on the grassy five-a-side football pitch. Younger guests can amuse themselves in the pretty playground. During the summer you have free access to the Prabione municipal outdoor swimming pool (2 km from VILLA MARIAROSA). The pool has a lifeguard and a range of amenities: a café, a beach volleyball court, a five-a-side football pitch and a bowls (bocce) court.
