This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom covered bar which provides a relaxing spot to hang out. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. After a full day on the beach or sightseeing you can unwind with a book next to the aqua mist fireplace (no heat) in the European style library, watch Netflix on the 65” Smart TV, or chill out with a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Enjoy the sounds of nature? Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. This house has been a labor of love. We bought the house 3 years ago and room by room we painstakingly transformed it to what it is today. My husband custom built many of the pieces in our home and garden including the unique dining table. My passion is gardening, so the bare earth in the backyard ( literally just dirt) was a blank canvas and a challenge my husband and i accepted. We aspired to transform the space to feel as if we were in a tropical resort. We have the yard treated for mosquitoes and bugs on a regular basis.
