An imposing converted former Methodist Chapel built in 1895. It stands gloriously amongst the cosy cottages that line the winding church lane of Landrake. This very quintessential Cornish village boasts a traditional pub, school, shop and not forgetting a phone box library. The Chapel has a wonderful Open Plan ground floor living room, dining room and kitchen space. From here you can see the 30ft arched window that allows the morning sun to flood the building. There is a wooden staircase that winds up to the first floor landing where you can appreciate the high ceilings of the former chapel. The master suite stretches across the whole of this level and hosts a king-size fourposter bed with an Open Plan bathroom, comprising of double ended bath and large enclosed shower. On the second floor there are two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. One of the rooms hosts two single “French beds” and another single bespoke bed that sits under the oak beams. The other room has a “Double French Bed” and another bespoke single bed that sits under the oak beams. Both rooms have opening velux windows. An additional fold down bed and a travel cot can be also provided. Outside, there is decked area where you can sit on comfy seats around the chiminea and have a bbq whilst relaxing after a day of exploring glorious Cornwall.
