Townhouse in Gateway Town to Dartmoor situated on a communal green. The double room has its own en-suite double shower and access is through the main house via two flights (sorry not suitable for those who can’t manage stairs) wishing to explore Dartmoor and the Country Town access to Dartmoor itself. One private parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay but is on a first come basis, however there is a public carpark and some limited street parking close by. The room has no TV but there is WiFi available on request and walking distance to pubs and amenities in Moretonhampstead. Via hallway two flights of stairs. One parking space to rear of property. Access to rear garden. You will be shown to your room on arrival and provided with as much information as possible. By your host. There are several pubs and cafes in Moretonhampstead and the White Hart Hotel where you are able to get food. There is a cafe next door to the Tourist Information that provides cooked breakfast., ideal if you wish to start the day on a full stomach. Please check with me if you’d like a continental breakfast. It’s usually some toast with Jam, croissants 🥐 tea and coffee and fruit juice. Yoghurt and fresh fruit 🍈 There are Country Bus services that run from the local car park in the town but these are on a limited timetable and so if you are coming by car you may wish to take advantage of the locations in and around Dartmoor that offer some breathtaking experiences such as fantastic views and beautiful walks. Due to Covid and my carpets I ask you to either remove your shoes when entering the property or bring some house slippers with you ! Thank you.
