Rail station of Marina di Cerveteri is at walking distance. This is a beautiful area close to many historical and natural areas : Etruscan Necropolis of Cerveteri know as Banditaccia (UNESCO World Heritage Centre), Tower Flavia Marsh (Natural monument), archaelogical area of Pyrgi and Castle of Santa Severa, Lake Bracciano and Medieval Orsini-Odescalchi Castle (location for weddings of International status as Tom Cruise e Katie Holmes, Brad Pitt e Angelina Jolie…) and more…. The flat is at 2 kilometre from the beach where you can go surfing, kite surfing, sup...horse ride. It is at just 30 minutes drive from Fiumicino international airport. The neighbourhood is quiet, one kilometers to cafes, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and banks It is near the train station and local bus stops. My apartment is ideal to visit Rom , modern and comfortable , in 25 minutes you arrive in Rome S.Pietro. Then you can relax at the beach.
