easy location to city centre, only 7 - 8 mins by bus..bus stop just 1 min walk away from house..... also i am quite close to Manchester City stadium, you can get a bus direct to the stadium..... house set back from main road, and in a residential area.. 5 min walk to local shops. easy car parking at .- no children / pets permanently here , although i look after a small boy twice a week, but he is quiet , well behaved , respectful little boy and no problem at all . quiet and clean house...... warm, double glazed windows, large TV with satellite TV..... large kitchen with table, kitchen, sitting room with TV , bathroom. separate WC quiet residential area...... bus stop 1 min walk away about 25 min walk to city centre ......
