We are delighted to offer guests the chance to come and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this special place set in an English style garden in the heart of the UNESCO Barbera wine region. Our rustic farmhouse has been lovingly restored creating a comfortable home but still retaining a bygone elegance. We offer a luxurious garden suite with kitchenette and covered terrazzo 95 euros per night including breakfast. The garden is a feature with borders billowing with a profusion of flowers and over 100 different roses. The property is easily accessible, ample parking with good flat driveway, and a bus stop nearby. Set on the edge of the national park two minutes from the village where there is one of the best Pizzerias in the area. Mombercelli, just 5 minutes drive away has a beautiful lido with sports facilities and restaurant. The town of Nizza Monferratto is just 10 minutes by car. World renowned cantinas within five minutes drive. Tastings can be arranged. English and italian spoken. The property is easily accessible from all main routes and there is ample parking. Guests have access to their rooms, guest sitting room, dining room, cantina, gardens, swimming pol and vineyard. Bikes are available for those with a little more energy. We will always be on hand to give advice. Belveglio is a beautiful little village surrounded by national park set in an UNESCO area. The rolling hills are carpeted with vineyards and the valley floor with chequerboard groves of hazelnuts. In summer the meadows become a sea of yellow sunflowers. In the park there are numerous walks and trails mapped out,if you need something a little more cosmopolitan it is 10 minutes from Nizza and 20 minutes from Asti. There is a bus stop at the road junction two minutes from the house. With buses to Nizza Monferrato and Mombercelli, At Nizza there is a train station. A special place for gardeners and photographers Spring brings the blossom and the scent of the roses, Summer heat brings the sunflowers and the heavy perfume of the lavender, Autumn mists kiss the mature grapes. You can stroll through the wild flower meadows or inspect the ripening grapes . It is full of surprises from the oyster fossils of a durassic age found in our soil to the deers playing on the hillside or the hares bounding in the long grass.
