The Villa is in the heart of the so called “High Maremma”, on the Etruscan Coast near the medieval village of Suvereto, and it’s located on the top of an hill with superb views over the countryside and the sea (Elba island is just in front). Surrounded by 14 ha of Mediterranean bush (2 of which are olive trees), the property is very quiet and secluded. It's the perfect getaway for privacy lovers. Outdoors: There is a large terrace in front of the Villa overlooking the garden that has outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining outside. Large well maintained garden with private pool (14x7mts), a pool bar fully equipped, an outdoor heated shower, a pool bathroom, a gazebo for great outdoor dining Long sandy beaches with clear crystal water are about 20 minutes far by car (Follonica, Torre Mozza, La Carbonifera, San Vincenzo). Perfect base for exploring many picturesque medieval villages like Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri (famous for its top class wines). Golf club “Il Pelagone” 30 minutes far, Hot springs “Il Calidario” or “terme di Venturina” in Venturina (20 minutes far). The house is isolated and surrounded by mediterranean bush. There is no public transportation. Car is a must.
