A newly refurbished two bedroom terrace in the West End of Leicester, off the 'Narbs' (Narborough Road, A47) 25 min stroll to the City Centre and a 10 min Drive to the M1/M69. A spacious double bed room, you can take advantage of the private space weather your on business trip, studying in Leicester or on a staycation. You can expect a clean, spacious private room with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The shared spaces include a newly refurbished Kitchen and Bathroom, as well as access to the Lounge, Dining room and garden. You are welcome to use all communal areas of the house this includes, lounge room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Feel free to go into the garden space. There are outdoor garden chairs you are welcome to use and a washing line. Access to the garden is through the kitchen, a key will be provided with your overall set.
