A cosy room with nearby the beach

I offer a room of 12 square meters with two single beds and private bathroom. I have two cats , so please keep it in mind if you are allergic. There is a supermarket very close to the house, the beach is a 5 minutes walk away and you can go scuba diving and paddle surfing among other sports. Public transport takes you to the center of the capital in 15 minutes. The area is very quiet and nice for a holiday. Room and private bathroom for guests and shared kitchen. Very quiet residential area with beach and sports harbor 5 minutes away, several restaurants by the sea, very well connected to the city center. I hope that the stay is as pleasant as possible, I give a wide range of hours to arrive, as far as possible I appreciate indicate an approximate time of arrival, time is valuable for everyone.
