North Wales Cosy Cottage with views near Snowdonia

A cosy cottage with beautiful views close to the Snowdonia National Park and Llyn Peninsula. Parking is available for 1 car up to 4.7m length in front of the cottage and there is a small lawn area and patio to the rear. Centrally heated with a log burning stove. Wifi is available and there is a TV in both the lounge and the large bedroom. Please note if you require dates that appear to be bookedI may be able free some up as from time to time I stay in the cottage and can release other dates. There are 2 sofas in lounge and 1 will unfold in to a small double bed. There is a double bed in in the large spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. Tv in both the living room and bedroom. There is a small rear yard and steps up to the rear lawn area and patio. Please take care outside and on the steps as it can get slippery when wet. I am available to chat with by telephone or email all the time. Not always in person due to work commitments. Self check in - instructions will be given within 7 days of arrival. Talysarn is a mile from the Snowdonia national park and Snowdon can be seen from the garden. Wonderful countryside walks are nearby and the town of Caernarfon with its castle is 7 miles away. Shops are less than 2 miles away in Penygroes and there are several bars and restaurants with 6 miles. There is a bus service to the surrounding area from Talysarn centre to Portmadog, Bangor and Caernarfon. Good network of roads within the nearby stunning countryside. There is 1 parking space for a vehicle up to 4.7m length outside the property. There are 3 other spaces across the road but these are on a first come first served basis and are usually full. Other parking is available at the bottom of the hill.
